What Crowder student strives to achieve in the future

Shanna Smith, General Studies, is inspired to use her culture and kindness in the future. 

What was your favorite subject in school? 
Don’t call me a nerd, but math was my favorite subject because I find math easy. 

Do you have any pet peeves and why are they pet peeves? 
My biggest pet peeve would be when someone will not blow their nose and will just snort. 

Who would you choose if you could be friends with a fictional character? 
Fernando Hernandez-Guerrero-Fernandez-Guerrero from Fuller House, because of his funny personality and his humor. 

What would you like people to remember you for? 
I would like for people to remember me as a good person who tried in life. 

What would you want to be your last meal and why? 
Pho soup, because I love the flavor and warmth of the soup.  

What do you hope to achieve next after school? 
Being able to make people smile, and to teach people about my own culture. 

What is something you are passionate about? 
Slow-pitch softball; I grew up around softball and my family plays it as well.

What was your dream job as a child? 
My dream was to be like Barbie and do every career. 

What is your favorite season and what does it remind you of? 
Summer because I love the warm weather, and it reminds me of spending time with family. 

What is your least favorite food? 
My least favorite food is grapefruit because of the weird taste, and it is very bitter.
