The Computer Network Support (CNS) includes computer technology, cyber security, PC repair, VmWare, Microsoft Academy, and gaming classes. Curtis Daniels is one of the professors for these programs.  He started the Cisco Academy in 2000.

(ADD QUOTE that tells so what? Why important?) The CNS program started in the 1980s-90s.The class/programs are available on the Neosho Crowder Campus in Dell Reed Technical Education Center and at the Joplin site Advanced Technology Center. Neosho Crowder College is one of three schools in Missouri that teaches the course for VmWare.

Students with these certificates can get jobs at Jack Henry, Liberty Utilities, school districts, and Midwest IT. The earned certificates are able to be used anywhere nationwide. The students who participate in internships learn even more about these programs and how they work.

Zylin Jung Is a current student taking CISCO and he took this class because, It can further his experience in Cisco networking and to become closer to his goal of completing Computer and Network Support Technology AAS. Zylin recommends this class to students because it is an extremely useful for computer repair and networking field along with higher paying jobs. Zylin Jung explains the benefits of taking this course,” This Cisco class will allow me to have access to a world of networking opportunities that I would not have even known about without being in the class myself. The certificates that you earn from being in these types of classes show to employers that you know what you’re doing. This makes it much easier to find a job in CNS”.
