After competing at the local and state levels, Crowder College students headed to Louisville, KY in June to compete at the national SkillsUSA competition. Three Crowder students brought home awards: Diesel Technology major Brad Drake (Southwest City) earned bronze, and Advanced Manufacturing Technology majors Emily West (Seneca) and David Anderson (Joplin) placed 6th in the Mechatronics competition. The SkillsUSA Championships showcase the best career and technological students in the nation as they progress in their industry and their future careers.
