Esmeralda Ortega, a Neosho senior, wants to follow her dreams to be successful.

Tell me about yourself.

My name is Esmeralda Ortega and I’m from Rogers Arkansas. I am a 17-year-old senior at Neosho high school.

 

Who is your role model and why?

My mom because she’s been through a lot and has overcome it all. She teaches me to never give up.

 

If you could have a superpower what would it be?

Speed.

 

What is your favorite thing to do?

Painting.

 

What do you want to do most in life?

I want to be successful in my career.

 

If you could be any animals what would you be? What would be your name?

I would be a lion named Emerald.

 

What is your dream career?

I want to have a career in criminal psychology.

 

What is your favorite school subject?

Psychology and I also like math when I can understand it.

 

If you could visit anywhere in the world where would you go?

Spain, I think it’s the most beautiful country. Part of my ancestry is from spain and I want to learn more about it.

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I will not be married and won’t have any kids. I will be working hard in my career and have a nice house with two dogs.
