Here at Crowder there are many Community Ed classes offered this spring semester.
Zumba
Monday Farber Hall 5:30 pm Thursdays CTEC Building 5:30pm
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training.
Yoga
Basic or Vinyasa Yoga – Thursdays 6-7:15 pm
Basic or Vinyasa, also called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga.
Gentle Yoga – Tuesdays 6-7 pm
Gentle Yoga for beginners. This class is 1hr of relaxation for your mind, body and spirit.
Saturday April 21; 8am-5pm
8-10 hr. course
Paint and Relax
Last Friday of the month; 6pm-8pm; RM TC 117-119
This class has a max of 10; Bring your own canvas
